Hilltop Green is a planned unit development (PUD) and a homeowners association (HOA) community containing 521 properties.
Included in the 521 properties are two (2) groups of 61 lots each where owners are members of the HOA plus their respective Maintenance Corporation. These owners pay for maintenance services provided by a property management company. Please see our Subdivisions page for more information.

The HOA’s new website now provides information on current and upcoming meetings and special events. All homeowners are encouraged to create an account to ensure full access to all content. I have added a checkbox for you to select in your profile if you wish to be included in email distributions such as notifications about board meetings and other events.
